What events led you to Crossroads? A need for Spiritual growth in this area.

Personal Statement: Lowell has had the incredible privilege of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus on five continents: in churches and cathedrals, as well as in prisons, schools and military institutions; in crusades numbering up to 150,000 people, and in a shoe store with six dear saints; in the home of a Supreme Court Justice, and under trees and huts in remote villages; before football teams and racing teams; in stadiums, on soccer fields, and football fields, at youth gatherings and college campuses, and in hospitals, office complexes, modeling agencies, locker rooms, and on rooftops and dusty streets.

Mike Fongemy- Kannapolis Campus Pastor

Duties: Oversee the operations and ministry of Crossroads Church – Kannapolis Campus.
Family: Married to Caroline and we are blessed with four GREAT children-Patrick, Grace, and twins Ian and Megan.

What events led you Crossroads: I felt led to become a part of what God is doing through this church.
Interest: Being with my family, Frisbee golf, fishing, cycling, and getting outside.

Mark Appleyard- Waxhaw Campus Pastor

Duties: Oversee the operations and ministry of Crossroads Church – Waxhaw Campus.
Family: Wife Julie, and three children – Dane, Jessie-Naree and Alex-Anne.
Hometown: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Been at Crossroads Since: February, 2010
What events led you to Crossroads? My wife and I spent the past 14 years serving the Lord throughout Australia with our family. We spent 6 years as Worship Pastors and Church Planters in Queensland and most recently pastoring a suburban church in Melborne, Victoria. God has used our family consistently over time to connect people with Him. Through a divine appointment in Hawaii in 2008, I met with Lowell and began this journey to minister in America.
Interests: Music, fishing, camping, hanging in cafes, and dining.
Favorite Scripture: II Cor. 4:13 – “I believed in God, so I spoke”. (NLT)
Personal Statement: God has used my family consistently over time to connect people to Him. We are equipped and ready to begin the new campus of Crossroads Church in Waxhaw.
