Sew and Sow

If you enjoy sewing or working with fabric you may be interested in the Sew and Sow ministry. This group will work together making diapers, children’s blankets and other projects that will benefit many in need such as orphanages and hospitalized children.

You do not need to know how to sew to participate in this ministry. You may assist in cutting, hand sewing or encouraging. If you would like to learn to sew, you can be any age and experience or no experience – it doesn’t matter. Come and see how much fun it can be.

This ministry is in need of old towels, washcloths and flannel materials or blankets. Items may be left in the Missions Corner marked Sew and Sow.

Do you have a working sewing machine gathering dust???? Sew & Sow needs it! We are beginning to teach others how to sew and need more machines. Contact Julia Roskamp at juliamarie55@gmail.com or 704-519-9637 to pick up your machine.
