The Budapest team desires to have 20/10 vision for our trip to Budapest. What we mean by this is that we don't want to depend on perfect human vision...we want something better...we want to see Budapest and our mission through God's eyes. We will be doing men's and women's ministry in Budapest, offering several meetings that highlight the love of God. We will be helping Campus Crusade for Christ by going into public school English classes, doing friendship evangelism and inviting the students to evangelistic events. We will be presenting a meal and devotion at two Evangelistic English Clubs operated out of a Hungarian church. We will be giving a one-day seminar called "The Bible's Love Story" that gives an overview of the Bible stressing God's love. Learn more about the trip by viewing the Budapest Trip Blog.

Our team led by Michael Purath includes: Gail Purath, Pam and Greg Popovich, Fred Van Pelt, Tammy Blackburn, and Ann Wayne.

Prayer requests:

1. Pray that each of us would have the finances for our trip.

2. Pray for our trip preparations: Each team member is planning a particular event for the trip. Pray that each of us will faithfully seek God and prioritize our time so we can give these assignments our very best. Pray that Satan will gain no ground in his attempt to distract us from these purposes.

3. Pray that God would already be preparing the way for our ministry in Budapest.

PUBLICITY--that our events would attract all of the people God wants to attract.

PLANS--that we would have wisdom as we decide where/how/when to plan our events.

PURPOSE--that the things we do and the things we say will be anointed and used by God to change hearts and lives.

PARTICIPANTS--that God would already be preparing the hearts of those in Budapest who we will meet.

5. Pray for our:

HEARTS--that we will be changed as we prepare for the trip and that our hearts will be changed forever by the events of the trip.

HEALTH--pray that we will be in good health as we prepare and in good health during our time in Budapest.
